I started my campus recruitment experience in PSG Institute of Management in 2004. We were the first batch of PGDM in campus and knew that in order to face the stiff competition from students of other courses like MBA and MPIB, we had to be different.
First, we thought of branding ourselves with a new identity. Our course PGDM was given a new tag and a new identity "Pure Geniuses Dominating Minds" , an expression we wanted to create for ourself.
We created an identity in campus by winning various inter collegiate events.
